There are many factors ing against that. Politics in the united states, byden is weak he is entering an election year and he never thought the original deal was worth the political cost. He will not want to give the republicans a nuclear deal with which to attack him in the mid terms. There's no significant political constituency in aran for a deal. The effect of the us sanctions have diminished over time as leakage has increased. In addition, the costs of the sanctions have not fallen on the iranian alite but those iranians are not blaming their own government for their economic problems. They are blaming the united statesalso.
