How to Make Django Migrations Easier for Beginners

Google has been very generous to Django both with Google somewhere of code. They also donated $5,000 to Django security efforts earlier this year. From Python 3.8, the Django test suite doesn't run in parallel on Mac OS which is real pain. So we're hoping to get back up to parallel running on Mac OS and on Windows as well because the Oracle test suite currently takes over an hour or something. You probably can keep them all straight in your head. But that's more elegant than the current way of doing it. Why was Pathlib added? Because it's more readable. That's for sure.
