I was thinking for more of my own experiences of, er, what i get told by my own doctors. And then what do you know, i go and tell e patients when i'm like on the wards. What do e, the clinical teaching fellows tell us to tell patients, and n what do i go and do? I do the complete opposite. Ah, so it's likei'm the worse for that. But i think i also had like a similar sort of thing i was thinking of. Like, you know, with like, mental health and stuff like well being. Especially after covid it's like, you need to get outside.
