Would You Pay Monthly Fees to Get a New iPhone Every Year?

Rumours persist of an ephone hardware subscription plan, which would be different from the up grade programme possibly replace it. My question for you is, would you pay a monthly fee to get a new iphone every year? Do you do this already? And if not, what about this plan would sell you on this idea?
