When you're anxious, your cognitive processings is disrupted by the anxiety. Your attention is selectively focusing on further evidence. It's much harder to remember the gigs that went really well and easier to remember the ones that didn't go so well. And that's a vicious cycle - it becomes harder to think the antidote rational thoughts. But what i want to know as well is, like, what? Why wy fog is that aboutdoest but like, we, we all do that?"
