Industrial Real Estate - Is There a Housing Crisis in America?
The US is running short of land for housing. Land use restrictions, lack of infrastructure and nimbi have all made it harder for developers to find sites to build homes in America. It's very difficult to have any confidence in America today that we're going to solve this problem. The answer is to allow density in transit-oriented places where people can get to their jobs.
