This is a massive piece of land. It basically consisted of rocky ledges and swamp at first. Yet it's very similar to yale. And yale was this enormously ambitious project for its time as well. We just don't build municipal golf courses like this any more. The club house cost, i believe, 200 thousand dollars. If you think the golf course itself cost a ion dollars, that's a lot of ambition. This was kind of the vibe of the time in municipal golf construction.
