Canadian Digital News Act - Is This Legislation?

Every digital news publisher in canada has four weeks before this becomes a law. And with ta liberal n d p team up, there's no reason to believe that this bill isn't going to become a law. For the first time in my life, i'm actually trying to play nice with others. But i've crossed the line into actually trying to change a piece of canadian legislation. I think that disqualifies me from reporting on it.
