The Importance of Having a Clear Vision for a Sequel

"I wanted to do a sequel of some sort and since yeah I was working on spelunky that that made the most sense but like I didn't have tons of ideas for a sequel to spelunky. I just knew that I wanted to make a sequel," he said. "Part of it was I think just wanting to do something that wasn't being done. I think that's always sort of exciting to me."
