The Ninth Circuit's Decision on Twitter's Partnership Portal

A Ninth Circuit decision earlier this year, O'Hanley V. Weber, was about the Twitter partnership portal that it has in the context of third parties to flag content for review. The court dismisses this and says that this is clearly not a violation of the First Amendment. And so just a completely different perspective on the exact same behaviors. It's what exactly was the wedding, the biggest assault on free speech in this nation's history.
