Obviously Justice for Derkshovin Is Correct Because He Clearly Broke the Law, and Neither Was the Jury, Which Is a Good Thing
The trial of derkshovin, the Russian man who was killed by police in front of a crowd. The defence tried to argue that his actions were justified because he had been trained not to worry about what other people thought. If successful, it would have set back any future attempts at accountability for cops. And i wasn't mad at the defence for trying it - I was just worried that it could have worked.
