The Effects of Fasting on Cravings

When we when they go into a fasted state and glucose drops in their brain, the brain could panic because the ketones are not there. So they might be doing a little bit too much fasting too soon. It doesn't have to be keto, but get the body familiar with burning fatty acids. And then when you go into that fasted state again, maybe those ketones can now get produced by the liver and then it'll tell the brain like, you're okay. The liver's got you. You got body fat. Yep.
