The Pentarchy and the Pentacles of the New Testament

Did the apostles have something like papal infallibility in their ability to write epistles that we recognize as an errant? Jess bullard, what are your thoughts on the pentarchy and the idea that petrin sees held authority over several provinces as exceptions to the general rule organization by provinces with its own metropolitan. I don't really know that i can speak to the specific nuances of this question about my thoughts on the idea that they had exception to metropolitan functioning.
