Is Gender a Construction?

We, i think, believe by default that differences between sexes are somehow given. People like simon de bouvoir started to argue th gender roles that people play are actually socially determined and not given. For Bouvoir, at least sex might be part of our biology. And therr many detailed theories of how this process works.
