mindfulness is both kind of awareness right in the present moment, but it's also this kind of generous attitude. And one of the things that can be most detrimental to a relationship is the feeling of non acceptance or judgmentalness. When we do that with the partner, then it creates safet. It just makes it more people, people more able to let go, connect and feel all sorts of things - including sexual desire.
