Is Russia Able to Make the Payments on Its International Debts?

Russia is due to make another tranche of payments on its international debts on the 20 seventh of may. But two days before that, this allowance from the office for fornastic control to let them make payments, may lapse. If a if opas organization, decides to drop the exemption and and band bondholders from receiving money from russia, Russia will automatically defalt there. And yet, they witness thay of default. So it's created a very, very weird, weird situation.
