The Good Samaritan Study
Psychologists at Princeton University conducted a study based on the old biblical story of the good samaritan. They asked priests in training to prepare a short speech on a theme from the bible, then walk over to a nearby building and give it to students. The question was, which people were going to stop and help, and which ones weren't? It turns out that those two factors actually had no impact on the result.
