Investing in Companies With High Return on Equity

i'm going to start looking into these businesses for stuff that is inside my circle of competence. Looking for stuff that might have a nice currant valuation. A, looking for stuff with a good balance sheet. It's not just high return on equity, but you also want the company to be able to achieve thathigh return on equity without relying on a lot of debt. I'll be looking for inside or buying these companies. And then a long runway would be great. i'd love to get your feedback. Are there international companies that kind of match these a things i screen for? How does ten cent look on return on equity? How dos 10 cent look on by backs?
