How to Be Creative in Small Groups

A lot of us think, Hey, as many people as we can get into the room as possible when we're doing a brainstorming session. So I'd say max six people in a working group. And that way you can kind of preserve intimacy. The goal is again, it's like Lego mashing of each of our bags of Legos to use the metaphor from earlier. It's really hard to Lego mash with 3000 people. It's kind of easy with six people. We always work in small groups because it's there where there's speed. It's tension. It's therewhere there's trust and safety that you can make progress quickly.
