The ai algorithm is continually evolving based on current activity and current data. The model was fine tuned to the point that not only does it predict what’s going to be late, it tells you the best course of action to take as a pro active measure. So maybe for some clients, the right thing to do is to send them a statement of account five days before the due data of the envoice. For another client, we may have a different action. Maybe we need a text message, maybe we need a copy of theenvoice sent, maybe we needs some other action.
