A city flag is for people who don't have other flags in their life, right? You know, they don't necessarily care about the American flag. And like, why are you spending time and money on a frickin flag when, you know, there are potholes and stuff like that? It also raises something else that seems to be really key part of the city authentic: That it's a view of the city as a place that is rife with primarily design and marketing problems.
