The biggest single change has been the inner social media. The ability of presidents to handle incoming, om ah, whatever, in coming issues, questions, crises, has dramatically changed. I still recall a president in one of the early years programme, when somebody said something about christ's management? You know, has anybody done anything around christs management? And she asked her assistant to vedexit overnight mail it to her. It's a novinal notebook, very thin, one of those very thin botted om notebooks.
