The brain is more likely to be much more concrete in that as you're trying to do a pattern match whenever you get a match on any specific feature you get a spike or a series of spikes. These fan out to a wide variety of different things that might be recognized with different synapse weights and the guy who fires first wins so it's error tolerant and it's fast which is what's important because we know that the way your your youryour brain isn't designed for the purpose of being a conscious it's designed to help you survive.
