The Importance of Culture in Scaling Services
The culture always has to start at the top. There's two aspects of scaling services, which is what the business that we're in. You have culture, you have training. And I think if anything, the culture will get you so much further with your team in terms of productivity. Jim: For any of the gym owners who are on here, like you guys can probably tell the other gym owners who haven't dealt with our team like our team's in love with gym owners. Like they work in their free time. They work on the weekends. It's because they fall in love with the customers.
