The Pudini Morache place called Sulpí was one of these late ripening Pudini terroir that nobody would care about back then. Jean-Marie treating Sulpí as if it was Le Morache itself and he was extremely careful about this specific terroir. He had in mind that these late ripener places would be soon probably the best places even 25 years ago.
