The Global Fund and Global Health Space

The same donors that financed the humanitarian system in this manner financed the global health space which I've been spending the last few years of my career on. We don't have any meaningful multi-year planning at a system level. The board, you know, to the extent that there are coherent governance processes in the humanitarian sector, they happen within the boards of the agencies. There's no comprehensive picture and no real meaningful representation of recipients in the governance process.
