I Think the Court Went Too Far in Overturning Roe, I Think the Viability Line Isn't My Fault.

John roberts' concurrence is the most interesting text of the whole bundle. He disagrees with what, what the majority opinion does, but he won't join the dessent. It cracks me up, because it's like the weakest possible decision you could take. But i wouldn't have overturned roe because we don't need to decide it right now. I would have only severely curtailed abortion right's not gotten rid of them altogether. So that's me, john robert's the institutionalist.
