North 2000 is an APL with all kinds of fancy features, it has pi point notation. J will let you do that, but it'll convert it to a floating point number. You can write one R3P1 that is one third pi. It's very basic terms, why are you getting it? And then it shows for many, many programming languages how you can see the same problem everywhere.
