Hybrid Culture: How to Measure It and How to Improve It
What's really important is to identify what are these core elements of your culture that you want to be consistent across the organization. What I'm seeing is specific questions around hybrid and hybrid ways of working, and questions around the hybrid manager coming to the fore now. The challenge is right now, if you have 500 managers in your organization, there's no consistency with how they are delivering and executing hybrid work in their team. And that means that it’s quite hard to manage and quite hard to measure from a senior level down.
