i think everybody has to reach out and figure out what that determines. It's the amount that they can handle, you know. Their longevity of the operation is going to be dictated by their ability to manage another person. i wouldn't be surprised if our road forks one way or another in a couple of years. I wouldn't be shocked if faith and i settle back and have a family ranch,. maybe with three or four employees or something - but it's much more efficient.
