How Do We Standardize Behavior?

The crux of my work and study has been, how do we standardize behavior? How do we direct t eattention of a person to take away all the psychological hang ups that people deal with with intense exercise. The more errors somebody makes up front, the faster they assimilate and learn his skill. We want to give em just enough information up front to self organize and figure out how to do whatever we're teaching them to do. And once we do that, we can play with a lot more variables, with volume, frequency and all these things, and derive something meaningful a from them.
