The idea is that everyone can just have some money out of the gate, which is sort of like a Russian voucher type of situation where you just give a bunch of vouchers to people. But what ends up happening is that people go around and they consolidate. So I just don't believe there's no way to design a scheme such that every human gets an equitable share of some new currency. It's not possible. The market basically has to determine it. You can't cheat the market.
