The Importance of List Building
Many people feel like they've failed if the ROI didn't happen within the timeframe that they have chosen, whether it's a promo or what have you. I think really if we look at the longer term of our business instead of like these little tiny micro snapshots that we like to like create metrics around then those don't matter so much. And thinking about the long term sustainability of your business in my mind and list building is one of those pivotal things. 100% We have to do for that.
