Cities are very resilient and hard to kill. And so if you just build something that. Kind of is one to 2% better of what we already have, you actually pretty already pretty set. But as far as case studies, I would say, some do is pretty interesting. One example is Muhammad al-Abar in Dubai. He's the guy who basically dreamed and built the Borsch-Kalifa in Dubai. So he understands how to coordinate all these experts at scale. Like it's kind of a genius in a building because he's got this on the company building a bunch of real estate development properties, etc,. etc.
