The Beetles and Human Capital

As an economist, to look at human capital as the labor part of the production equation. And when we talk about investing in human capital, we're really talking about creating systems and structures that allow humans to be productive on their own. The beetles didn't just end up on the music scene as these highly accomplished musicians. There was a long process where they were, interest inly enough, investing in their own human capital When other people didn't believe in them. This is also a classic ontpanurial story.
