Ministry of the Sacraments

In some cases, a marriage can be dissolved if it is not consummated after the baptism of the parties. So I'm wondering how would we talk about that in terms of ministry of the sacrament of marriage being incidental or occasional? It's been several years since I took my canon law course on marriage. Can you remind me what conditions and under which that and in that scenario the marriage could be rendered null or considered null? Certainly.
