How to Say Invite to a Party
A lot of times in the United States, at least before, I'm going to use a couple terms here. Where the birthday girl or the birthday boy will make a wish before they blow out the candles. That is the phrasal verb we use. The next one invite, invite. So this is a formal way to say that you are asking somebody to go somewhere.
