First Street Models Explaining Flood Risks in Boulder, Colorado
The building loss rate is from FEMA's national risk index and is filed under climate change, as far as I can tell. But if you look around from what hazards FEMA was talking about, you can only find floods. The executive branch has decided that they're going to use first street foundations, wildfire risk map, which is considered to be flawed by folks in the industry. And a lot of those entities put a lot of money into land trusts. They have helped gather all of these properties and land in low income, climate affected, disadvantaged communities.
