"World of DaaS"

CHAPTER

Vc2

The closest metaphor I've found for this is a well-run venture firm is a little bit more like baseball. Every player on a baseball team has very individually specific metrics that absolutely tell you how to get a player. And that's true of VC2. Whereas organizations need to be in sync. They need to have the right people in the right roles and execute perfectly in sync. That's building a company. A venture capitalist does not really need to bein sync all the time. You do have individual accountability down to every single person on the team with real statistical significance over time.
