The Disadvantages of Caregiver Bias

I think people who are caregivers, whether it's their child who has an illness or their elder and their family has an illness, we're not seeing it actually. We're not really understanding how deeply difficult it is. I think females get it worse than men. There's this expectation that, well, you're a woman. You're supposed to be caregiving. And that invisibility will eat people alive because they are burnt out.
