How to Promote a Culture of Being Plain Speak

How do you promote a culture of being plain spoken? I think there are ways that there's like, can you spell out that acronym or everybody might not know what that mean? Like this is common feedback we give to like decks. Hey, in that acronym, spell that out and maybe put it parentheses the acronym because it's not everybody, you know, might know what that means. Those kinds of prompts are great. I would also say, this is something you can interview for. If you get the word salad in the interview, where it's just like all the acronyms and buzzwords fall out of their mouth, but it's not actually in the context of something real.
