How to Recognize Revenue in a Services Business?

In a services organization, there's actually a long er ram a between when you close the deal and when you ultimately a a recognize revenue. So it's really looking at, what is that? What does that time period look like? First of all, time to close, and then once you actually close it, you have a booking. And really understanding what that phasing looks so that we can ultimately inform what the overall revenue expectations should then look like around that. It may not scerty be done to the individual customer's behaviour, though of course, that's always important.
