The Future of Affirmative Action

Not liking a current regime doesn't mean you're barred from understanding why or how it arose, what its deficiencies are. One weakness in this ruling is that there doesn't seem to be much appetite in the American elite for a rollback of the current diversity regime. This ruling does raise the costs of administering the diversity regime. It's going to increase friction for those who support it and needs the path of those who oppose it.
