How to Configure a Browser Config

The browser config is actually the most complicated from all the configs. The assumption is that there is going to be one output directory so in addition to the output directory you need to configure a module. modules allows you to load code lazily and if your main build gets too large you can split it into multiple chunks or modules so you can load them later for performance reasons.
