The mother of an 18-year-old who moved in with a man accused of sexual assault says she was shocked when her son told her that he would be moving out. She learned so much about the value of public record search, and went on medical leave to do it. "Just because he wasn't convicted doesn't mean he's innocent," said one sex crimes detective after looking into the case.
