How Long Can Someone Still Test Positive for Lime Disease After Clearing the Infection?

The current tests are all based on the antibodies that your body produces when you get lime disease. People continue to test positive up to 20 years after they've been treated, so we're looking for antibodies that have a strong initial response but then a short kind of half life in the blood.
