I think it's priorities. Like for me, everything's a priority and really kind of understanding, okay, do I really need to answer to this email right now? Will the world stop if I don't respond in this moment? So again, it's just managing sort of like what is absolutely a priority and what can really wait a day, two, three a week. Cause that's also going to feed back into your own creativity. And so all those emails to me are always like just taking energy. To say no, that's not a priority and going to read is kind of an automatic, more nurturing thing to yourself in your own creativity which I love.
