Warren's Leadership on the Supreme Court Is Being Questioned by Conservative Political Movement

In the 60s, there were efforts to impeach Supreme Court Justice Earl Warren. John Paul Stevens was a former servicemen and we believe read his descent from the bench as loser behavior. In Texas v. Johnson, the justification for the anti flag burning law was that allowing flag burning would negatively impact national unity. The court rejected that argument, basically saying it's too directly related to free expression.
