How to Flip a House

I was kind of having a little analysis paralysis because it was like, do I wanna flip a house? Do I wanna do Airbnb and do more of the hospitality side? And I really got more into flipping firsts because a lot of the investors I was working with were doing flips. What made you start with flipping? So just really, because one thing I love about real estate is that there's so much to choose from.
