Leading through instinct has actually en me a speed and a bias for action i did not have before. My strength is probably not writing the most succinct brief in the world, like boiling a brief down into a one pager,. Probably not my strength. Writing a and story that makes you feel something much more my strength. Taking something that is a loose form and kind of a nebulous thought and taking it up several notches, that is my strength. And once i became comfortable with that difference and looked at what i my strengths were, versus what everyone else felt my strengths were? It changed everything for me.
